About
My Story
With over twenty-five years of experience, I’ve worked with clients of all levels—from complete beginners to advanced athletes—and have even choreographed for TV and film. My approach is centred on motivating clients to achieve their goals efficiently, whether that’s improved fitness, weight loss, toning, learning new skills or preparing for events like marathons.
My own journey began with Thai boxing after struggling with weight and unsustainable diets. I quickly fell in love with the sport, adopted healthier nutrition, and saw my body transform. This led me to compete, eventually spending two years training in Thailand, where I became Amateur World, European, Asian and British Thai Boxing Champion while representing England.
I later expanded into boxing, becoming British Boxing Champion and competing internationally as part of the first female boxing team. Training and competing around the world has allowed me to learn from a diverse range of coaches, and I bring this depth of experience into every session with my clients.
Having represented England in two sports, I know that with the right mindset, training and nutrition, any goal is achievable. I’m passionate about helping clients experience the same sense of progress and transformation. If you’re interested in personal training, please get in touch.

Trainers Can Get Fat Too!
There are times when even the most disciplined routines are disrupted, leading to changes in energy, confidence and physical wellbeing. Moving away from regular training and balanced nutrition can happen gradually, and returning to healthy habits can feel challenging.
By re-establishing consistent movement and a clear, structured approach to nutrition, it’s possible to regain strength, vitality and confidence far more quickly than most people realise. This process is a powerful reminder that setbacks are not failures — they’re moments that show us how important it is to return to the fundamentals.
Experiencing this firsthand has deepened my understanding of the obstacles clients face and refined the way I motivate, support and guide them. It has strengthened my belief that with the right approach, anyone can rebuild their momentum and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
